LIES I know it must have been lovely, pretty much everything there is. Except I was pretty disappointed with the Gold seals this year. Usually my school gets like 4-5 people in there, but this year we only had 2. xD Our worst ever. THAT ISN'T THE ONLY REASON THOUGH I just wasn't impressed by many of them.)

I drew....Asian things D: no I'm serious, it was a picture crammed with Asian themed crap and my getting to state was a fluke D8
haha okay I'm joking about the fluke part. But it was a gouache painting (or however you spell it) done in blue/red/purple colors. If you really really really want to see it, I can show you, but I don't have it right now or anything. Plus, I don't suggest looking at it because it's really embarrassing.

Ah, sounds....like good times. (I live close enough to Clearlake to just take a bus there in the morning, but somehow I almost missed it. @-@) BUT HEY THANKS, haha I had another picture there that was shoved in a back corner as well that took me forever to find. What did you draw? I NEED TO KNOW.

ahaha I had fun on Saturday. On Friday, the hotel we were staying at lost power so we had to go to another one and we didnt get to sleep until 1 AM that night.
I remember seeing your piece and I even pointed it out and was like "holy crap that looks so real D8". I guessed that mine would be in the bottom back corner and...it was. But I guess it's good that no one saw it. (:

Whoaho no way!! That's really cool. The same thing happened to me and :Devthespatulaqueen: one year, but she was in my district, so she was on the bus ride over there with me and everything and i didn't even know it. Hahaha.
